American Dream

Pretty much the american dream as its supposed to be defined (working hard and achieving success through that hard work) is completely unrealistic. Its incredibly difficult to succeed without a lot of luck,knowing people in high places, or immoral decisions. Even if you bust your ass in college to get good grades and get all your work done you could still be passed over for a good job by someone with bad credentials just because they know someone in the business and their name gets them the job. There are tons of people who work hard their whole lives in poor jobs and struggle to ever move up or make a decent living.
