Food Inc. didn't really go to much in depth with the animal abuse issue but this video definitely can give us an idea of what goes on behind closed doors. I don't see the necessity for the abuse and I think that more of these slaughterhouses need to be inspected more often. I find it interesting that PETA looks into these wrongdoings more than the FDA does. Something just doesn't seem right about that.
