Response to the Fruit Belt/UBMC:

For as much as the plan for the UBMC to locate itself within the fruit belt is inconvenient for those living in that area it also has its advantages. Yes, relocation of the locals is perhaps not what's best but perhaps this is part of a push that this city needs to get back on track. Make new apartments out of the incredible warehouses and buildings we have that are just being left to fade into history. The bonus of the new campus is that it will bring a much needed economic and educational boost that we so badly need in this area. In conjunction with Roswell Park we could be on our way to an actual cure for cancer(s) within a few years instead of decades. I see this as a positive, not a negative. We can certainly do better for the people of the fruit belt anyhow.
