Hell on Wheels

Last night i was channel surfing and came across a new show on AMC called hell on wheels which is based in the post civil war midwest. During the episode the settlers are attacked by indian savages and the indians are depicted as the classic movie/media indians with headdresses. They attack and brutally kill a whole settlement. The whole episode was easily relatable to reel injuns because the native americans in the show fulfilled every stereotype he discussed in that movie.
