undercover boss?

after Tuesdays class i don't know what i can believe on TV anymore. i mean this whole time i really liked the show undercover boss, but now after hearing what our professors had to say im not to sure about that. what was said in class actually makes a lot of sense. the show seems to make the owners seem like some great person by giving away some gifts to ONLY a couple of workers that were on the show. what about the rest of the workers and there lives? this is kind of over shadowed by the fact that good things are being done for the people in front of us. I'm a business major and even i feel that workers should be treated better than that. these CEO's do no work at all and reap all the benefits of the hard labor that's being done underneath them, that's pretty wrong. so here is a funny and good idea, in regards to CEO Joyce and other hotel owners, before they decide how long it should take a housekeeping member to clean a room or how long it should take the maintenance crew to fix something they should do it and be timed. Joyce was a pretty not fit person so he should have to clean 30 rooms and he should be timed! if it takes him 4 minutes per room then that's the amount of time the workers should be allowed to take to clean a room. this will keep those rich, unhealthy, snobs in touch with reality!
