Red Facing

When we were watching the movie in class i was thinking about how i wanted to talk about red facing. I'm really into watching movies so i thought for sure i would be able to find one with "red facing" in it. Before entering this class, i never even knew what black facing was, and i feel that that is a little bit more common the red facing. with that, i did not know what red facing was either. It's interesting because i couldn't think of any movies where this was involved and i searched the internet for quite some time looking for one. While being in this class, and having "red facing" be brought to my attention, i cant help to think about how rude the idea of it is. How is it OK that people are obviously making fun of and judging the race. i guess what I'm trying to say is that i dont really get the point of it all. can any one help to clarify?
